Yonge Nawe has nine voting ExCo members and the Director is Ex-Officio non-voting. The ExCo meets quarterly to monitor progress in programme implementation and provide policy direction on behalf of the general membership. Khosi Mthethwa. Chairperson with an MSc in Health and is Health Systems Manager at WHO Swaziland. She has vast experience in setting up and managing NGOs. She set up Swaziland Action Group Against Abuse (SWAGAA) and Catholic Nurses Guild in Swaziland. In addition she is Chairperson of the Skillshare International Programme Advisory Committee for Swaziland. Zelda Nhlabatsi. Vice Chairperson with an MSc in Science and Education and works as HIV/AIDS Coordinator for Alliance of Mayors and Councillors (AMICAAL) and is responsible for setting up environmental clubs in High Schools and informal training of teachers in environmental education. Cyril Kunene. Member with an MSc Public Policy and Development. He is Principal Secretary for Public Service and Information, and is Chairperson of SADC Institute of Development Management (IDM). Bhekisisa Mdziniso. Financial Adviser with a BCom. and is a Deputy Bursar at University of Swaziland and Member of the Swaziland Institute of Accountants. He served articles with KPMG Swaziland. He was responsible for managing the SMEs section within KPMG Swaziland. Lindiwe Khumalo-Matse. Legal Adviser to ExCo, and works fulltime as Senior Partner at LKM Attorneys and Legal Consultants. She holds BA and LLB and has vast experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has been a President of the Law Society of Swaziland. In addition she specializes in media law. She is also a Chairperson of Swaziland Airlink, a joint venture between Swaziland Airway and South African Airways. Mbuso Kingsley. Member working as Quality and Risk Control Manager for ILLOVO Sugar Company and he is Chairperson of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Forum in Swaziland. He is passionate about issues of quality, standards in production and industry and their impact on environment and health. Norman Mavuso. Member with a Diploma in Agriculture and BEd in Adult Education and is Programmes Manager for ACAT Swaziland working with communities on issues of water and sanitation and food production. Abednego Dlamini. Member with a BSc and is a teacher at St Michael’s High School. He has experience in setting up environmental clubs in schools, and environmental education among teachers. Gcinile Buthelezi.
Member with a BSc in Environmental Health and Diploma in Nursing and responsible
for Mbabane Municipality Clinic. She is member of various charity
organisations including Hospice at Home, Breast Cancer Network, and Fundzisa
Umntfwana charity organisation for educating destitute children.
