Environmental
and Socio-Economic Justice Campaign

Broad Objective of the Campaign:
To achieve equity and social
justice in Swaziland through the empowerment of disadvantaged people to
ensure that their health and well being is safeguarded and that communities
are not victims of pollution and environmental injustices.
Specific Objectives:

To ensure that affected communities
and individuals have an opportunity to participate in decisions that affect
their environment and/or health

To empower communities and individuals
on environmental justice by building networks

To hold corporate polluters accountable
on issues of health & environmental injustice

To provide information and technical
assistance to affected communities and individuals

To increase media coverage and
action on environmental justice

To provide training and skills
shares for affected communities

To advocate and lobby government
and policy makers to ensure that affected communities live and work in
an environment free of environment injustices.
